Conditions include:

- Sinusitis (Sinus Infection) 12 years Plus
- Throat Infection 5 years plus
- Ear Infection 1 year plus
- Infected Skin Bites 1 year plus
- Impetigo (Bacterial Skin Infection) 1 year plus
- Shingles 18 years plus
- Female Urinary Tract infection 18 years to 64 years
