It’s not about being young. It’s about being consistent.

Take each day as it comes and try and push a little bit further, or lift a little big heavier. 💪🏼

It’s about how your body responds.

If your nervous system feels safe, tissues change.

If it feels threatened, they guard.

That’s why I don’t chase pain.

I work with your body, not against it.

If you’ve been avoiding massage because you think it has to hurt, we should probably talk.

Still pushing because the plan says you should?

Your body adapts between sessions, not during them. Your recovery is PART of your training.

If you’re marathon training around Fleet and starting to feel those small warning signs, don’t wait for them to shout.
