🏃🏽‍♂️Most marathon runners come in fo calves, or hamstrings but we often end up working hips, glutes and back.

Because when one area get tired, another picks up the slack. Then niggles appear.

Deep tissue work can help calm those overworked areas before they turn into something bigger.

Deep tissue massage helps maintain tissue quality in the calves and surrounding structures, reducing stiffness and keeping movement efficient.

The language we use is very important. Your body is incredible, it’s adaptable, it’s strong. 💪🏼

There are many phrases in our industry that sound good but don’t reflect the work we do.

You don’t have ‘knots’ in your muscles, I’m not ‘flushing’ out your toxins and I am strong but no human is strong enough to ‘break’ down your tissue.

My aim is to help and enable your body to do its job. I’m trying to relax the tissue, make space for the circulation to flow and to help calm your nervous system.
