🌿✨ Bespoke Herbal Tea Blends ✨🌿

One of my favourite parts of herbalism is creating personalised tea blends tailored to someone's unique needs and preferences. Recently, I crafted two special blends, each with its own character and purpose.

The first was a beautifully harmonising infusion designed to support balance and well-being. This thoughtful blend features Rose, Yarrow, Dandelion Root and Flowers, Nettle, Mugwort, Chamomile, Motherwort, St. John's Wort, Calendula, Lavender, and Evening Primrose—bringing together a mix of grounding, uplifting, and nurturing herbs.

The second blend was created with deep restoration and resilience in mind. Featuring Mugwort, Lemon Balm, Horsetail, Holy Basil, Skullcap, Schisandra, Black Walnut Leaf, Californian Poppy, Elderberries, and Nettle, this tea is a soothing and fortifying brew, embracing both vitality and tranquility.

Every blend is made with care and intention, ensuring that each sip brings warmth, wellness, and a touch of herbal magic. 💚
