A little winter ritual to bring in cosy intention to your home.
This simmer pot may look simple, but every stir and every breath pours your energy into your home.
After struggling with some anxiety recently I stirred in warmth, protection and a touch of Reiki and let the steam fill every corner of my home, and not to mention the aromas!
It’s amazing how a simple ritual can shift the whole feel of a home.

I leave on a very low heat for as long as I feel adding more water as needed, then I strain the liquid into a jar or spray bottle and use it to cleanse the spaces where energy tends to settle…floors, door frames and window sills, all little corners that hold onto the old.
A gentle and natural warm sweep of intention to reset the whole home.
