I’ve been down to the beach today and it’s a little breezy 🌬️ but tonight’s soundbath is still going ahead 🫶🏼

Please make sure you wrap up warm and dress appropriately. Blankets and pillows are more than welcome to keep you cosy 🙈💫

Please note: We’ll begin promptly at 7.30pm, if you arrive late, please join quietly at the back 🙏🏼

✨ Take an evening just for you.
We’ll gather by the sea for a gentle sound journey with crystal singing bowls and drumming, a moment to slow down, connect with yourself, and share stillness with our community.

🙏 This is a free community offering from my heart.
If the session nourishes you, donations are warmly received to support my small business, Mayan Retreats, so I can keep creating spaces like this. A donation bucket will be available on the night for cash contributions.

📍 Location:
Fleetwood Beach – meet near the Watch Tower

🚗 Parking: Along the front near 14 Princess Way, FY7 8PG
➡️ Follow the path to the stairs, then turn left, you’ll find us near the Watch Tower.

✨ What to bring:
• Blanket or yoga mat
• Warm layers
• Water
• Crystals or anything that brings you comfort

🧒 Ages 8+ welcome.
Children must stay off the rocks and be able to sit quietly for ~30 minutes.

⚠️ Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy, heart sensitivity, or during the first trimester of pregnancy.

🌿 This is an alcohol-free event, created to promote peace, wellbeing, and connection.

Come exactly as you are and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

I’d like to say a special thank you to our local MP, , who, alongside the local council, helped get the community soundbaths up and running again.

She went above and beyond to make sure they returned quickly and peacefully, and I’m so grateful for her support.

I know at the start of each soundbath there are a few dos and don’ts, but please know these come from a place of care to ensure everyone feels safe, relaxed, and able to fully enjoy the experience. 🙏🏼🫶🏼

Thank you to everyone who came to the community soundbath last night.
Together, we created pure magic ✨
I’m still feeling the love, the connection, and the beautiful energy from all of you.
Emotions were running high, some tears, plenty of smiles, and hearts wide open.
The sunset gave us the most breathtaking backdrop, as if nature herself was joining in our sound.

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do…
To gather, to heal, to share, and to remind each other that we are free to feel good.
What a night. 🌅💛

A massive thank you to for her gorgeous drumming,
and to my partner for always being there to help me make these events happen.

Our next community soundbath will hopefully be next Tuesday or Wednesday (weather dependent) keep an eye on my page Sunday/Monday for confirmation.

Have you seen the Gazette today? 🗞️
They came along to one of my recent Sunset Soundbath sessions on the beach and wrote a little feature on the magic we created under the sky 🌅✨

So grateful they came to witness the peace, connection, and healing energy that unfolds when we come together by the sea.

They’ll be back next week too!
