Sauna & Sea 🔥🌊
This is contrast therapy — alternating heat and cold to support circulation, recovery and nervous system regulation.

Sauna helps muscles soften, opens circulation and melts stress.
Sea dip is the reset — it wakes you up, clears the mind, and teaches your body to stay calm under sensation.
And in between we pause, breathe and regulate — that’s where the deep benefits land.

Now are you ready to deepen your healing and start supporting others?

Reiki Level 2 is open to anyone who has completed Level 1 (with me or another Reiki Master). This day is where your practice expands: you’ll learn the symbols, step into deeper energetic work, and gain the confidence to offer Reiki sessions professionally.

WHAT THE DAY INCLUDES
• Sharing + integrating your Level 1 experience
• Reiki guides + how to work with them
• Reiki symbols + how to use them
• Second Degree Attunement
• Case studies
• How to structure a full Reiki healing session
• Space clearing, cleansing + grounding
• Chakras: overview + how to clear and balance them
• Practical sessions: giving a Reiki treatment using the symbols
• Distance healing (sending Reiki)
• Professional practice: working with clients, setting up your practice + how to start getting paying clients
• Consultation, contraindications + client safety
• Pushing past limiting beliefs
• Certificate upon completion
