BOOKING FEES & CANCELLATIONS

I don’t particularly enjoy posting about things like this and I appreciate sometimes things come up but a polite reminder regarding booking policies.

Booking fees are payable prior to booking your appointments. I am constantly having to chase booking fees sometimes multiple times. If you do not pay your booking fee your appointment is not secured.

Cancellations happen and I am understanding of this. Please try and provide enough notice as you possibly can. If you cancel on the day of your appointment I will need to retain your booking fee.

This is my only source of income and with the recent surge of cancellations I have been experiencing it’s not viable for my business to continue this way. At the moment I am averaging £100 a week losses in cancellations which is beginning to add up! Please try to be mindful when booking your appointments. If you do not come to your appointment I do not get paid. If you do not want your appointment anymore please inform me as soon as possible rather than last minute and I can offer this slot to somebody else it’s not a problem at all and you’re welcome to rebook when you are able!

Hi everyone! I feel I’ve been really quiet on posting recently but I’ve had a very busy month followed by a new arrival keeping me even busier!

Tuesday 23rd - 1:30pm
Wednesday 24th - 11am & 2pm

If you require evening or weekend availability I advise you book in advance. A polite reminder all appointments are reserved once your booking fee is paid.
