Did you know ketamine use can cause serious and sometimes permanent bladder damage?

FCMS is working with partners across the Fylde Coast, including Project K, to raise awareness of ketamine bladder and help clinicians recognise the symptoms earlier so that patients can access the right support.

Ketamine use has become a big problem ☹️

Norovirus is a stomach bug that causes diarrhoea and vomiting 🦠

The virus can spread very easily, but washing your hands frequently with soap and water is the best way to stop it spreading 🧼

Please don’t visit someone in hospital if you have these symptoms ❎

Help to stop the spread by ➡️

💚 Wash your hands with soap and water after going to the toilet or changing nappies (alcohol hand gels do not kill norovirus)

💚 Wash your hands with soap and water before preparing, serving or eating food

💚 Avoid contact with others as much as possible
