I use a mix of hypnotherapy, NLP, and trauma-informed work, along with nervous system regulation and visualisation techniques to help you change the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
It’s all built around understanding how your mind and body are reacting, and then actually doing something about it.
I work with things like anxiety, addiction, stress, trauma, confidence… or just that feeling of being stuck and not knowing how to move forward.
No overcomplicating it. No dragging things out.
We focus on simple, practical tools you can use day to day so you can start taking control again—of your thoughts, your reactions, and where you’re heading.
The goal isn’t to keep you coming back forever. It’s to get you to a place where you don’t need me.
