In the push and pull of life we are always being invited back to our centre. Not perfection, not control, just alignment.

Let this moon soften what feels heavy.

Let it guide you back to the stillness where everything already exists in harmony.

Release the need to rush.

The Earth tilts, the light returns, and something ancient within us awakens 🌱✨

This Spring Equinox is a sacred threshold—a moment of perfect balance between dark and light, reminding us that transformation is not force… it is rhythm.

Just as the soil softens to welcome new life, we too are invited to shed what is heavy, what is finished, what no longer belongs to who we are becoming.

You are allowed to begin again.
You are allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself.
You are allowed to bloom in ways you never have before.

Let this season be your quiet rebirth.
Plant intentions gently with support.
Nurture your intentions with patience.
Trust that what is meant for you is already reaching toward the light.

If you ever see a swift lying on the ground, wings spread as if ready to fly...
don’t be afraid.
It might not be injured.
It’s not dying.
It is a creature of the sky that has accidentally found itself in a place where it's very hard to take off on its own.
The swift is not made to take flight from the ground.
Its short legs and long, slender wings make it extremely difficult to lift off from a flat surface.
All it needs is a gentle lift.
Just a little — in the open palm of a hand...
And it will fly. On its own.
Just like some people.
Sometimes, it’s not courage we lack.
Sometimes... we just need someone’s hand.
Someone’s gaze.
A quiet “I’m here” to lift us, just for a moment —
until we feel the wind beneath our wings again.

For me the year truly begins in March, the time of renewal and rebirth, the Spring Equinox. However, 2026 has begun and I am grateful for my blessed life in the present moment.
