Zoe G Wellness I have over 20 years of experience in holistic therapies. When I’m not at work, I love spending time in nature and creating nourishing food in the kitchen!

I offer small group sound therapy (sound baths) sessions and holistic therapies to relax the mind, keep our beautiful bodies in balance, and help us connect to that inner peace and stillness we all have access to within ourselves. I initially trained as a massage therapist and Bowen practitioner before founding an organic skincare company, where I created and sold plant-based products for a decade. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise to include energy-based therapies and sound healing, using Crystal Tones sound bowls. My passion for natural health and well-being drives me to continually learn and embrace new therapies, and explore my inner self and consciousness.
