✨ A little glimpse of something I’ve been creating…

I pulled a single card today from something I’ve been working on quietly in the background… and this is what came up:

Observe

No big action.
No fixing.
No pushing.

Just noticing what’s here.

It felt like a bit of a reminder — especially with everything shifting at the moment — that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is step back and simply observe.

What we feel.
What we’re doing.
What’s changing.

Without needing to change it straight away.

I’ve been quietly building something behind the scenes… 🌿

A simple little reflection app called Grounded in Gratitude 💛

It’s designed as a calm space to pause for a few minutes and reconnect with what’s good in everyday life.

Inside it includes things like:
• a gratitude heart that fills as you show up ❤️
• daily reflection prompts ✨
• gentle gratitude journeys 🌿
• a deck of reflection cards to explore different feelings 🃏
• a place to write and keep your own entries ✍️

Something really beautiful was said to me this week. 💜

A friend who’s staying here said,
“You do realise… even though your house isn’t ready, the retreats are already open.” 🌿

And she’s right.
She hasn’t come here for a holiday.
She’s come because she needed space — and without planning to, I’ve been taking her through Permission to Be ✨
What I’m realising is that the retreat doesn’t start when the building work is finished.
It starts when someone arrives and is met.
When there’s permission to slow down.
To rest.
To not have to be anything other than where you are. 🌱

Even in the unfinished, even in the becoming, that space already exists here.
In that sense, the retreats are open — quietly, gently, and without needing everything to look perfect yet. 🕊️💛

I went a bit quiet over the festive period — not by choice, but because my body needed me to stop. Illness has a way of resetting priorities, whether we like it or not.

I’d hoped to keep the momentum going with the WOTI / POTI PDF, but sometimes rest is the work. And in that pause, something interesting happened…

My WOTI / POTI revealed itself — clearly, calmly, and without force.
No pushing. No striving. Just truth landing when I was ready to hear it.
