Jo Ash is a professional coach who's realised life gets SO much better when we make the choice to wild up and slow down. Sheβs on a mission to help others do the same. π
Working as a leadership coach in global businesses, Jo helps people get unstuck and achieve their goals. All too often the challenges leaders bring to coaching centre around the impact of stress and anxiety brought on by 'hustle culture'. When she became a mum and went back to work, Jo found herself in the same boat - struggling with the juggle and stressed by the sheer weight of the mental load.
When Covid happened, it taught many of us a powerful lesson in what's really important. Waking up without any expectations, pressure, deadlines and spending most of the day outdoors prompted so many questions: What really makes me happy? How much stress am I prepared to accept? What does a good life look like? What would we choose if we could start again? The answers felt simple, and sounded something like: take better care of yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.
Fast forward to today, and Jo is living in Cornwall having relocated with her family. She's building a life focussed on presence, simplicity and finding glimmers of joy. She's also learning to surf. The struggle is real, but worth it - and she can help you do it too. β¨οΈππ―πͺπββοΈ
