Here is Melting Heart (Uttana Shishosana) 4 ways:
1. You can bring the forehead down to a block (or a blanket) to rest your head for more support
2. If you feel any pinching in the shoulders, you can modify this by bending the arms
3. This one is a typical approach you’ll likely see for this pose
4. For even more intensity, you can bring your chin (instead of forehead) to mat
