Joking aside — have you tried this after a long day? 🧘‍♀️

Child’s pose and a deep sigh might look simple, but the shift it can create in your body and mind is real. It’s especially powerful when you make it a supported pose — using a bolster, a rolled-up blanket, or whatever soft thing is within reach.

✨ Here’s why it feels so good:
🍃 Gently relaxes the hips, back, and shoulders
🍃 Calms the nervous system and supports digestion
🍃 Encourages deep, diaphragmatic breathing
🍃 Helps you pause and come back to yourself — even just for a minute

As the class finds its rhythm, the £5 intro offer has now ended. Going forward, it's £10 per class or £40 for a 5-class block.

It’s a question I ask, in some shape or form, with every person who walks through the door. And it’s not just small talk—it’s a way to better understand how I may help you.

Had a stressful week and a racing mind? We might start with some deep, grounding breaths to help you settle in.

Feeling tender or emotional? Maybe it feels better to keep the pressure gentle, so the session feels nurturing and safe.

Carrying a lot of physical tension? That might call for slower, deeper techniques to help your body begin to unwind.

Every massage is a conversation—a collaboration between how you’re feeling, what you share, and what I notice in your body. I listen and adapt throughout, so the session can support you in the way you need it most.

A gentle reclined stretch that opens the chest and hips while allowing your body to relax deeply.

You can easily adapt it with props—a bolster under your back, a block under your head, or a strap around your hips—to make it comfortable and accessible for your unique body.

This pose helps to:
🌿 Release tension in the hips
🌸 Gently open the chest for better breathing
🌙 Encourage deep relaxation

For me personally, the block under the head is a game changer — it supports my head without putting strain on my neck.
