We've had some new faces join Team Hatfield in the past few months, so we've ceased the opportunity to start updating our 'meet the team' board in the reception area 🖼️

We believe it's important to be able to put names to faces - nobody in our home is a stranger!

Thank you to the staff who put their duties on hold while we snapped the photos - we appreciate having your portrait done can be daunting, but they all came out wonderful 🩷

We've got plenty of outside entertainment for the month of April, including the return of a fan favourite...

We had a wonderful musical afternoon at Hatfield Lodge as the lovely Victoria Bass joined us for a live performance 🎶✨

Residents gathered in the lounge to enjoy a selection of well‑loved songs, with plenty of clapping along and shared moments throughout the room. Staff were on hand to support everyone, helping make it a relaxing and enjoyable time for all.

A big thank‑you to Victoria for visiting us. We always love welcoming live performers into the home, and we’re already looking forward to the next one! 🌼

We’ve been back at the flower arranging! 🌼🌸

After sharing our last session, we thought you’d enjoy seeing a little more of the beautiful arrangements our residents have been creating. The lounge was set up once again with fresh flowers in lots of bright spring colours.

A lovely arts and crafts moment from Hatfield Lodge 🎨✨

Residents took part in a relaxed creative session, carefully working at their tables with bright paints and sponge shapes to make colourful prints. The room was set up with everything needed for a calm, hands‑on afternoon, and it was wonderful to see everyone taking their time, focusing on each step and enjoying the activity together.

We’ve been getting into the Easter spirit here at Hatfield Lodge! 🐰🌼

Residents enjoyed a light‑hearted morning in the lounge, trying on some fun Easter accessories and bringing a cheerful touch of springtime into the home.

It’s lovely to see these little moments of joy shared around the home - and we’re looking forward to even more Easter activities in the days ahead 🩷✨

Live at Hatfield Lounge performer, Scott Jenner of Recollections Entertainments, simply wowed our residents with a variety performance of classic hits 🎙️

Residents clapped, sang and bobbed along as Scott performed.

We’re eagerly looking forward to having Scott back - to the point where we’ve already booked him for the Christmas party!

Spring is here at Hatfield Lodge! 🌼

As the weather continues to improve, we’re looking forward to spending more time outside with our residents, whether that’s enjoying a peaceful stroll, tending to the garden, or simply sitting together in the fresh air and soaking up the sunshine.

Inside the home, residents have already been embracing the season with colourful flower‑arranging sessions in the lounge.

From garden activities to sunny afternoons and everything in between, we look forward to sharing plenty more seasonal highlights with our Hatfield family.

Today we’re honouring the amazing mothers, grandmothers, mother‑figures and caregivers who are part of our wider Hatfield family - including our residents, our dedicated staff, and all the loved ones who support them.

We’ll be sharing special moments from around the home throughout the day, so stay tuned for more heart‑warming celebrations!

St. Patrick’s Day is nearly here at Hatfield Lodge! 🍀💚

Join us on 17th March from 14:00 to 15:00 for an afternoon of music, dancing and a little Guinness‑fuelled cheer.
