✨For me personally...I love cleansing, feeling fresh,alive, a little spacious😁..that's what you get after cleansing, clearing gunk/toxins/waste from anywhere
✨Massage assists to rid the body from toxin and relax mind ..
✨Yoga is inside massage for mind with patient focus on breath ...always coming back to that gift of life, the breath...again to cleanse mind body and soul making space for new energy to ....dance, sing, work, read,cook, all that life is ...live healthier

A. Sit, stand or lie down for a few mins still
