Beach Yoga 😍.... Oh and its FREE 😍😍

As promised there are plenty of exciting summer events coming up, starting with our first ever BEACH YOGA session!

Can it get any better?! YUP. Its completely FREE! The disclaimer? There will be a photographer there to take pictures for my personal marketing material.

Where: Sandgate Beach
When: 14th May @ 08:30 (1hr)
What: All Levels Yoga on the Beach

If you would like to join, just DM or email with your name and any of your partner or pals' names, and I'll add you to the list. The class will be suitable for all and is welcome to all.

IMPORTANT UPDATE 👇

The last Beginners and Beyond Yoga Class is on the 3rd of May 💙

Most of you know by now, but yoga isn't my full-time job. I also work as a Marine Consultant 🌎 and I've recently accepted an offer in a new company 🫶 Sadly this means cancelling my weekly Wednesday yoga for the time being to support the transition into a new role 😥

It's not all bad news though, because it's certainly not goodbye forever, and there will still be collaborations and events across the year. So keep your eyes peeled 👀

For now though I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who's attended over the years. It's been an amazing experience with many laughs. You've all taught me so much and I am forever grateful for the successes and lessons learnt from my first proper class since graduating as a teacher back in 2019🙏

Please join me in celebrating all those years next week, if I'm not seeing you tonight! It'll be great to see you 💙

For those that are new 👋 I'm April, and teacher and advocate!

I'm passionate about building healthy and strong bodies and minds to support longevity and fulfillment in life 🧠 My aim is to support your journey there no matter what that looks like 🥳 We all have the capability within us, sometimes we just need a bit of support to get us there!

I'm a big poochy fan and have a lil fur baby called Henry 🐶 I love being outdoors and in nature. I also work as a marine consultant which resonates with my 💙 for the ocean and everything about it. Also my family and friends mean the 🌎 to me.

Looking to have fun, and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing? 🤎

My teaching style isn't pushy and I promote safe movements i.e if I feel you are holding a pose that isn't safe physically for your body then I will recommend adjustments including props such as blocks and straps.

At we focus on blending traditional poses with modern anatomical science to enhance our mobility and strength and support our unique amazing bodies 💪 All our bodies are different and so we need to support them during our yoga practice in the best way to reflect this.

I allow you to practice, get involved and take home the parts of the class that resonate with you. If you are looking to....
✔ Reduce stress
✔ Reduce aches and pains
✔ Improve flexibility
✔ Improve mobility
✔ Improve balance
✔ Enhance overall wellbeing

Let's goooo mum 🤣 All the gear, no idea running with my handsome Henry 🐶 and our favourite pals! Our belt and harness is an absolute lifesaver though 🙌 No more annoying waist belts!!

This weekend consists of a morning ✔️, followed by a day in at an immersive experience 👀 Pray for me.

Followed by a sound bath and cacao ceremony with the amazing Ren on Sunday 😍
