Dear all,
I'm opening the space for a new series of the NAMURA'S HEALING CIRCLE. This will be another block of 4 online sessions at 3 weeks intervals, with the first one taking place in two weeks time, on 18.01.2026.
All sessions will be on held on Sundays, at 3pm UTC (UK time).
I hope that you can join me, and you can find more details and book via the link below if you're interested.
Stepping into 2026, I wish to continue offering my services to the best of my abilities.
As some of you will know, I still have restrictions in the amount of time and energy that I am able to allocate to this work, however it brings me a lot of joy and I have an inner knowing that it is helpul, which keeps me going on with it.
I'll be follwing up with details on tehe workshops, however please do let me know if you any of these are of interest to you, as this really helps me organise.
I've been guided to open my space a bit more for private sessions and please message me privately to establish a time and date, as there are limited spaces. These can be healing session or psychic readings, and in January I'll also be offering personal forecasts for 2026. Dear all,
I've just published my 2026 Energy Forecast, which I invite you to watch on YouTube.
2026 appears to be a year of significant shifts, where we finally come to see the light at the end of the tunnel, heralding a refresh in energy and a much lighter frame for us to work with.
More than this, it feels like 2026 is just the beginning of a new stage in our lives, teaching us how to navigate our newly gained awareness, power and manifestation skills in preparation for what's to come in 2027 and the following years.
The video starts with a general view of the year and it then goes into more detail, by addressing the energy of each month.
Here are some of the highlights of the general 2026 energy forcast:

THE LIGHT OF YULE ❄️☀️
So much has been created in silence, in darkness, in the unknown.
A lot of love, a lot of beauty, a lot of LIFE.
As the days grow longer, their gentle light is shining upon our creation so that it can come out to be seen… Not as a blinding explosion, but as a natural state of being that gets formulated before our eyes, a bit more with each day, subtly shaping our surroundings until it becomes the pulse that moves us and our reality.
It’s all beautiful because it’s all true, and it’s all coming from within.

💙 MULTIDIMENSIONAL HEALING CHAMBER 💙
This is a representation of a frequency chamber that enables adjustments at quantum level in our energy field and cellular memory. At that level, the bonds that keep the particles of matter in place are much looser and therefore things are much easier to shift, purify and update.
The access into this chamber is through our hearts
as well as through the consciousness of trees acting as Axis Mundi, combined in any case with a clear intention of healing.
I was shown that some of the stone henges have been / still are acting as portals into it too, healing the Earth through the leylines.
The space is being held at different levels by Beings in service of the Light and you can ask for their assistance if you wish to.
The IEC is also preparing to change as to become a gate into this chamber and into other similar spaces. As part of this shift, the sacred geometry principles that are at the basis of its making are transitioning from 4 to 5, from square / cube to pentagon / pentagram / dodecahedron.

💙 Sat, 29th November 2025, 10am - 1:30 pm 💙
Dear all,
I wholeheartedly invite you to join me next Saturday (29.11.2025) at Wendy’s Yoga & Pilates studio in Forfar for a new group healing session.
After a healing meditation journey, we'll be creating and activating together the mandala ouf our dreams and wishes for the year to come.
The second part will be reserved to phychometry, which is the art of divination by connecting with objects, and this is to invite in messages from our Higher Selves that can bring us guidance and comfort at this time.
Since people seem to have enjoyed the last session (I know I have) and those 2 hours proved to not be enough, I'm making this one longer, so that we don't have to rush through, so we'll start at 10 am and finish at 1.30pm (ish). We'll have a short tea break in the middle.
Please bring a personal object for the phychometry reading (ideally a small object that you use or carry with you a lot). You can also bring an object that belonged to someone who passed away, if you wish to receive messeges in connection to that person.
That being said, we'll not be engaging in readings for someone who is alive and not present (no matter how close it is to you) as this represents a privacy breach and is unethical (it would be like reading someone's journal).
For those who have attended last session and will be joining us again, it would be helpful to bring the heart crystal that you have received last time.
I'm still charging introductory prices to give people a chance to experience the work that we're doing, so the attendance fee will be £15. You can pay at the door on the day (either cash or by bank transfer), however please do let me know in advance if you wish to join, as this helps me organise.

THE HEALING POWERS OF MOTHER EARTH 🌏
The most recent guide that came to assist our healing is Lord Pan.
He was highlighting the need to release the fear of death, which has been at the base of the old paradigm and heavily ingrained into the humankind.
His way to assist with this is by projecting onto us a vibration that matches that of the Earth: grounding, soothing and deeply healing.
We’ll integrate this into our work today and there’s still time to join our small group if you wish to.

🌊MESSAGE FROM MOTHER MARY🩵
for the New Moon 🌑 in Scorpio ♏️
Dear one,
You are not alone. You are not lost. If you feel like you’re in the dark, not knowing what to do or which way to go, that’s because your mind doesn’t need to know. Your path is clear to your Spirit and every single cell of your body is leading you there.
Imagine that you were a river travelling through the world, growing in power and size as you meet new places, as the water that you are made out of accumulates information and memories, and shapes the world around you, leaving your mark on everything that you encounter.
And at one point, just as you were feeling the widest and wisest you’ve ever been, you come to meet the Sea. 🌊 The tides are pulling you in, your water mixes with the salt, algae and shells mingle through your folds and pebbles.
You lose yourself in the vastness and depth of the Sea, in her womb, in her wisdom.
And yet you know that this is not the end, you know that the Sun will call you to him as misty clouds, and that you will find your way back onto land as dew drops and rain drops and snow, and finally you’ll be carving new paths onto the nurturing body of your Mother Earth, as there is still so much more to learn, to love, to become, to share.
You know that you have always been the Sea, that this is just a return to yourself, a deep dive into your true essence, so that you can remember who you truly are.
So be still at this time and give yourself time to rest, to relax, to recharge and to remember.
Let yourself absorb the energy of the waves and the stories of the deep waters.
Embrace the sense of not knowing of what comes next.
Learn to recognise that being relieved of the burden of needing to know is a true blessing, for this brings the gift of trust that comes with feelings of safety, peace and excitement.
So trust that your Spirit can guide you and your Body can lead you.
In this state of true freedom, you are intimately connected with everyone and everything. You are everything.

🤍 NAMURA'S HEALING CIRCLE 🤍 RELAX, RELEASE, REBIRTH 🤍
Dear all,
We're continuing NAMURA'S HEALING CIRCLE with another online group session, which will be focussed on working towards achieving a state of conscious relaxation that we'll enable us to release old patterns that have kept us anchored in the past paradigm, so that we can fully assume our natural rebirth process.
The energy comming through with this one is very soothing and empowering at the same time, and I trully hope that you can join me, because I feel that many of us can benefit from this work.
Many of us find ourselves at this time navigating the meanders of a huge collective rebirth process.
There seems to be no map available to help us find our way through, yet, unbeknown to us, something beyond our mind is guiding us and holding the space for us throughout this journey.
The birth process has already started and, as much as this might feel confusing, scary or even painful, deep inside we hold a clear knowing that we are on the right path, leading us to a destination that feels like home.
🤍 Spirit’s message at this time is to RELAX. 🤍
While this may seem a bit simple and some of us might even be fed up with hearing this kind of messages that can be perceived as a bit vague or generic, there’s a deeper, very specific meaning that comes with this guidance.
Spirit is showing us that we’ve reached that point in the process, where the easiest and most effective way through this birth is relaxation.
This is an active relaxation which involves becoming aware of that constant ‘humm’ in the background of our minds that subtly irritates us and keeps us tied into the old ways. This humm is the result of the addiction to the old patterns that has become so familiar to us that we’re hardly able to recognise it anymore.
It’s that sense of edginess that makes us abuse ourselves impulsively, whether it translates into over drinking, overeating, overdoing, over shopping, spending too much time on our phones and so forth.
So Spirit says: ‘Pay attention to that subtle edginess when it comes and try to relax into it. The more you practice it, the easier it will get. It does take practice, but it’s worth it. It will take you onto the other side easier and quicker, and this is because this very state of relaxation, of peace and acceptance of who you are is exactly what you will find on the other side. This is the catalyst that is shaping your new world and so, the more in tune you are with it the more you will be able to experience it.’

I am Namura, an energy worker in service of Gaia and all her inhabitants.
I have been able to perceive the Spirit world and communicate with it since I was a child, which has enabled me to understand and believe that there is more to our world than meets the eye.
Many years ago, I came across the name Namura in one of my journeys through the spirit world and it immediately felt right, as to me it is encoding the frequency of my Higher Self in its pure state.
From an early age, my connection to the spiritual world led me to explore various meditation, healing and readings techniques, both on my own and by attending spiritual development workshops and classes. Being driven to further help others, I therefore got trained as an Archangel Life Coach, Angelic Medium (classes by Charles Virtue) and as an energy healer practitioner through the Angelic Reiki Association.
I am constantly working with Light Language, Sacred Geometry, crystals and other high vibrational tools and methods and most of my work is based on the guidance received through channeling various high vibration Light Beings, including my Higher Self.
I find working with other people extremely inspiring, as everyone is going through an unique journey, which holds endless lessons. I also love sharing my own experiences and helping people tap into the magic around us, which can lead to a lot of joy.
