Hi...I wanted to properly introduce myself...
As a Holistic Nutritionist and Perimenopause & Menopause Coach with over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve always been passionate about helping women make empowered, nourishing choices.
My own midlife transformation began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I realised that despite all my experience, something still felt out of balance. It wasn’t just the stress of lockdown — I wasn’t supporting myself in the deeper, holistic way my body needed. That moment became a turning point, leading me toward a more aligned, whole-body approach to women’s health.
Then in 2023, my family relocated from Canada to England — a major life transition that brought its own challenges. What stood out most was how difficult it was to find clear, practical support for women navigating perimenopause, nutrition, and self-care. I found myself searching for answers and realised: if I was struggling to find this support, so many other women must be too.
That’s when my mission became clear.
I’m here to support women through perimenopause with clarity, compassion, and simple, holistic strategies that truly work in real life.
My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your body — so you can navigate this stage with greater ease and feel like yourself again.
