3 Peaks for Tanzania

Thank you everyone for your patience. We finally got some weather that made this achievable and very importantly fun for us both.
Logan has managed to achieve his fundraising goal of £3000 to allow him to go to Tanzania with the Vine trust to make a significant difference to some families lives in real poverty. And I’m sure allow him to grow as a person at the same time. I couldn’t be prouder.

And for me,getting to have a wonderful wee adventure with my boy. I don’t chase possessions, just experiences and time with people who matter to me.

Both this weekend and last weekend was meant to be myself and Logan doing our 3 peaks challenge.
Unfortunately on both occasions it has been postponed due to basically bloody awful weather up in the hills.
Whilst I love a good challenge I am not willing to put mine (and definitely not my boys) safety at risk.
But we absolutely will be heading off the moment some respectable weather comes our way. Thank you everyone for the donations so far, we are now at over £2300 raised for Logan’s trip to Tanzania.

In March I will be working with my favourite, kindest, best looking client ever.

I will be participating in the 3 peaks challenge with my oldest son Logan, who is looking to raise funds for visiting Moshi in Tanzania.

The purpose of his trip is to help build permanent and improved housing in the area, along with experiencing the culture of the local community.
It is sure to be a life changing experience for him.

He is looking to raise funds for this wonderful trip, and while this is my business page and not something I would normally do, I hope you appreciate this is worth the exception 😊

I am pretty much teetotal nowadays, I am neither for it or against it, it’s just the way my life has gone that I don’t really bother.

I have made 2 exceptions in the last 6 months. To toast a great man in my friends life, and with my brother, remembering the greatest and never forgotten man in ours.

I made a conscious choice 3 years ago to scale the business to focus on the things most important to me.
To always weigh up whether the extra money was worth spending time with those most important to me.
To spend less time on social media in general.
So I am as nicely busy as I want to be 😊
And yes there may be a couple of spaces available going into December 👌👌

I promised myself I would enjoy every moment of my boys lives growing up. And despite that it is still going in a flash.

And I can help you with these same priorities and principles.

I think perhaps there is a belief that I don’t work as much anymore. But the truth is the exact opposite, I am as busy and passionate as I have ever been, and I am extremely lucky that the work I do I ensure I enjoy as much as the people I am working with.

The reasons I don’t generally promote on social media are
• I don’t want to
• I don’t need to
• I hate being the centre of attention and I much prefer showing off food and hills 😊

And I am still constantly learning. This weekend I was down In Nottingham at a wonderfully put together sports nutrition conference with some world renowned experts. Meaning the information provided was cutting edge, up to date and strongly scientifically backed.

It is and always has been important to me that people get the correct factual advice, not just what sounds trendy at that moment, and this will always be the case.

Oh, and the Vietnamese restaurant I went to was another level 😊
