Sitting with myself in silence used to be impossible for me , fighting to fill the silence with noise for the fear of silence was too much for me . Until I became so broken I was forced into silence that’s when my world changed and I started to remember me , that’s when a deep call , a remembering came over me and I began my 18 month journey with the school on Natural Shamanism . This journey truly changed my life it helped me meet my true self once more it gave me the tools to help heal myself and trust my inner wisdom once more , to banish fear and embrace the inner silence and creat space for me and others to shine .
