Join The Essence of Sound & Donna’s yoga for a 1 hour session of gentle meditation and sound bath experience.

The ultimate relaxation - you may be suspended in the air, cocooned in the silk hammock or on the floor cosy in your blanket with essential oils on your forehead - all while being enveloped in the sounds and vibrations from the singing bowls.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you’re immersed in sound rather than actively doing anything. You usually lie down or sit comfortably while a facilitator plays instruments that produce sustained, resonant tones.

Think of it as being “bathed” in sound waves— no effort required. 🫧

What’s the point?
People do sound baths to:

• Relax deeply and reduce stress
• Calm the nervous system
• Meditate without having to “focus”
• Improve sleep or emotional balance
• Feel grounded or mentally clear

Some people have described sensations like tingling, drifting, emotional release, or a strong sense of calm. Others just feel like they had an excellent nap.

•Sunday 22nd February 5.00-6.00pm
•£15.00pp, just message to book your space.
•Booking is essential and full payment is required at the time of booking.

Anyone with a litter of puppies due in March pop me a message. Please tag away folks if you know of any potential litters. If you are happy to let me “borrow” them for an hour. No worries on cleaning up, the space is large and safe. Puppy yoga is a great chance to socialise the puppies, mix with dog loving people, potential new owners and give out some of that pure joy and happiness you get when playing with a puppy 🐶 also a little bit of yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻
Here are some past photos to smile over.
