It also offers sports nutrition, advice on healthy pregnancy and an online weight loss programme incorporating advice on health issues that prevent weight loss, a healthy eating programme and individual exercise plans taking existing injuries into consideration.

Are you feeling bloated ? Are you fed up of feeling tired? Why not give the 4 week healthy eating programme a go to clean up your diet, balance your blood sugar and boost your nutrient intake? Really interesting article here on the benefits of vitamin D and how it can potentially reduce the symptoms of covid, it's worth a read. Personally, I take vitamin D from the end of october through to the end of march as we don't get enough sunlight in the uk during the wimter months, especially in scotland. Plus I give it to my husband and children.

If you want to take vitamin D as a supplement check with your GP or pharmacist if you take any medication to make sure it is safe for you to do so and avoid it entirely if you have sarcoidosis.

It’s cheap, widely available and might help us fend off the virus. So should we all be dosing up on the sunshine nutrient?
