The Food Physio offers both ONLINE nutritional therapy and locally at our freuchie clinic for both minor and more serious health conditions with a combination of both diet and exercises due to our physiotherapy background. It also offers sports nutrition, advice on healthy pregnancy and an online weight loss programme incorporating advice on health issues that prevent weight loss, a healthy eating programme and individual exercise plans taking existing injuries into consideration.
