Thank you so much to everyone who supported Katherine and her friends and raising valuable money for the incredible . They completed the Race for Life Pretty Muddy event today in memory of Helen Shingler - Katherine's best friend who lose her fight to cancer at aged just 25. They finished covered in mud and a few bruises 😂

On Saturday, our physio Katherine will be participating in the Race for Life in memory of her best friend who passed away after a battle with cancer aged just 25.

We've been a little quiet recently whilst we take some time away in sunny Lanzarote!
