Loxley Hall Care Home - Minster Care Group Loxley Hall Nursing and Residential Home is located in Helsby, Cheshire. We provide person centred care for up to 36 people.

Located not far from junction 14 M56 with a local train station in the village the home has good transport links. We are rated as Good in all areas by CQC and during a recent infection control audit received assured in all areas inspected. Covid, as you would expect has seen multiple changes in the way we work and how we ensure residents maintain regular contact with their families and friends. We have ipads, laptops and tablets to help people to virtually keep in touch with each other and at present we are conducting the visits indoors with LFD support to give us an additional layer of protection. We are fully supportive of the essential care giver role here at Loxley Hall and encourage all residents and their families to nominate an essential care giver for each of our residents. Our residents have been supported in line with guidance to have external trips out from the home since May 2021 when guidance was released to facilitate trips out. Visiting inside the home continues to be available with LFD testing and wearing of PPE 7 days a week via a pre arrangement which is bookable during office hours of 9 to 4pm Monday to Friday.
