SAD & ANGRY!
This poor hedgehog was admitted last night and had been out in the day. Upon admission I quickly examined the hog only to find both hind legs had been strimmed off. This poor hog had survived winter and emerged out of hibernation only to be strimmed and have it's precious life
cut short.
She had been battling on with awful injuries that could have easily been avoided. This is our 5th strimmed hedgehog this winter and sadly we have only been able to save one poor soul. This is the SECOND hedgehog with both legs strimmed off!
PLEASE CHECK THE LONG GRASS BEFORE STRIMMING! Please share post to help raise awareness and STOP this!
