Before I got into meditation, I was a bit sceptical about it. But it didn’t take long for the amazing benefits to show up and continue doing so. It’s a very easy, natural thing to do to support and even transform your wellbeing.

Today is World Meditation Day.
It’s a call out to take a few minutes to slow down, calm our minds and remember that we’re human beings rather than human doings.
Meditation can be done anywhere and the benefits can be transformative. Closing my eyes for 4% of my 24 hour days, makes the other 96% exponentially better.
Take some time out for yourself today, rest deeply, release some stress and fatigue, then go about your day more calm and refreshed.

Please do check out , which has launched today. It’s been put together by the hugely talented husband and wife team and and features a wealth of knowledge and classes to improve both mind and body. Having been fortunate to have been taught by both Jonni and Carla and had a long look at the site, I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends, family and followers who are interested in improving their wellbeing.
