We are sorry to say Vardo, our barrel sauna is closed temporarily today & tomorrow (14th to the 15th).

Due to safety risk of smoke from damage to the fire, Vardo will re-open by the end of Thursday the 15th of January.

The Phoenix (van sauna) will be running at a slightly lower temperature today, with session capacity at 10 people only.

As it’s colder during the winter months, shorter cold exposure can be just as effective.

After the heat of our sauna’s, you can choose how you cool down:

❄️A cold plunge for a full contrast
💧A cold shower for a gentler reset
🌬️Cooling off in the fresh & crisp air

Tip: bring sliders or easy slip on shoes to protect your feet on the cold ground.

Book in and sky bathe along with your sauna and cold plunge.

Our doors are closed for the holidays now. We’ll be bringing the Twixtmas warmth to Frome at the weekend:

Sat 27th 🔥 9am to 8pm
Sunday 28th 🔥 9am to 5pm

Then we slide back into hibernation til 2nd Jan. Join us for a sauna at the weekend to take a moment to reset yourself and recover from Xmas 🎄
