🔥 Our regular sauna guides Chloë and Emilie will be weaving shamanic and somatic practices into a guided sauna journey, marking the turn of the season. Together, we’ll work with the body, breath and heat to open pathways for release, renewal and connection.

🌑 As well as exploring the elements and themes of this seasonal shift, we’ll be joined by Ramona, who will share new moon manifestation and intention-setting practices. With the new moon falling alongside our gathering, this is a powerful time to pause, reflect and plant seeds for the cycle ahead.

🌿 A nourishing blend of sauna, story, ritual and community — a chance to step out of the everyday and into a space of warmth, presence and possibility.

Wildcat Sauna now has new regular hours, including earlier starts at the weekend for all you early risers! 🌅

We’ve also introduced peak and off-peak sessions:
🌊 Off-peak: Weekdays before 4pm
🔥 Peak: Weekdays from 5pm + all weekend

🎉 Wildcat Sauna is turning 1! 🎉

We’re throwing a birthday celebration at The Station, Frome on Saturday 13th, 12–6pm • and you’re invited.

🔥 Sauna sessions:
Book a spot between 12–6pm to enjoy the heat. Alongside your session, you’ll have the chance to sign up for special tasters, including:

New Season 🍂 New Times 🕒 New Pricing

Starting from September, we will be updating our session times and making a small adjustment to our pricing. This change reflects rising costs and supports us in continuing to deliver the warmth, care and the lovely experience you always get at WCS - in a way that’s sustainable for us in the long term.

Early sessions 🌞

We are opening the doors an hour earlier on both Saturday and Sunday for all you eager sauna people who love getting an early session in. We found weekend morning sessions to have been our most popular times, so by adding an extra session in, we hope to be able to welcome more of you!

🕤 Price changes

We’re introducing peak and off-peak sessions and our peak session price will increase from £10 to £12.
Peak sessions are all sessions from 4pm onwards and all weekend.

This is a decision we’ve thought long and hard about – we’ve kept our prices as low as possible for as long as we could. But as we grow, our costs have grown too: we’re now paying VAT, bringing in more staff to help support our team and the space you love, while keeping the sauna running smoothly, safely, and sustainably.

If you’re in a position to pay the new peak price (from 4pm onwards and weekends), we hope you’ll understand that it massively helps us keep this special space alive and support the people who make it happen.

5️⃣ 5 session packs

Are space to adapt to the new pricing. They’ll be available at the current bargain price of £37.50 until the end of August. 

From 1st September the price will go up to £45 to reflect the pricing increase.

Wildcat Sauna is 1! 🥳

Our first birthday is fast approaching and we're busy behind the scenes, not only giving the sauna a refresh. But also planning a celebration of all things WILDCAT!

Come and join us to celebrate 12-6pm Saturday 13th September..
A day of music, workshops, connection, food, drinks and fun! Simply pop along and join us in the courtyard at the back of the station and/or book in for some well deserved R&R..

Food provided by JJ's Doubles, the bar will be open and plenty to keep all ages entertained!..

If you fancy why not treat yourself and book into the sauna for a session..
Not only experience the newly refreshed sauna space, but also relax and immerse yourself in a showcase of what the regenerated space can offer. Sample some demos & treats that we have lined up to help ease you into the new season ahead.. 🍁🔥🧊
