New year, new intentions! 🧘‍♀️✨ My yoga classes are back starting on the 5th January with Sunday flow 9.30-10.30am , and it’s the perfect time to embrace movement, mindfulness, and self-care.

🌸 Sundays: 9:30–10:30 AM
🌙 Wednesdays: 7:30–8:30 PM

Feeling a bit low and need some inspiration get out in nature for a walk today. Lots of lovely places to walk around Frome and the surrounding areas. Taking a moment out of negative mind set. I am Thai Massage practitioner, working with the body to ease tension and improve circulation. Using subtle interpersonal skills to listen to the client and their body. Working with energy lines and pressure points to increase flow into areas of the body that has been holding tension. Great way to relax and getting in touch with your body.

I’m passionate about all forms of physical activity, because true fitness isn’t just about one solution. It requires a combination of elements: aerobic, weight bearing, and stretching.

Everyone knows we should exercise, but as our jobs and daily lives become increasingly sedentary, taking the time to move your body has never been more important. And the benefits go beyond our physical health – to lowering anxiety, improving moods, aiding sleep, giving us more energy…and just feeling plain happier!
