This is one of my faves!! BED VEG!
The important factors to make this as yummy as possible are:
🌹giving yourself FULL guilt free permission to rest in bed
🌹works best at a time when you wouldn’t normally be in bed - so it feels a bit ‘naughty but nice’!!
🌹rest, snuggle, get cosy and still
🌹allowing something a bit cheeky like an hour of Netflix or a self pleasure session!😜
Honestly - this is the BOMB and SOOOO nourishing and rejuvenating! 💥
