One hour of my magic later they were beaming, vibrant and full of energy!

Championing mature badasses everywhere who have risen like the phoenix in the flames from the ashes of loss, grief, devastation & heartbreak…

Here I share my inspiring and tender story after the end of my 35 year marriage, how we set each other free even though it was devastating. How grateful I am for that precious time and raising 2 beautiful sons together.♥️

I moved countries at the same time we separated to start from scratch age 57 in a town in the UK I’d never visited - where I knew no one….
It was also the end of our co-created business so all stability, familiarity, friendships & security disappeared overnight…
It was BRUTAL to say the least….😱

AND….it was the biggest gift of my life! Here I am rising & shining brightly running my new soul purpose business at 60 supporting other midlife women navigate through menopause & big life changes to live their most vibrant chapter yet!
I’m living proof it’s possible and have created a map and template for this journey with my Reclaimed Woman methodology.
It’s carved from my life experience, rigorous training as a trauma & nervous system informed facilitator, thousands of hours of my own inner work & healing, raising 2 diamond geezer sons, 20 years of community work as an ally to women in my local marginalised communities in South Africa - and having my heart cracked open to feel ALL of life over & over again.

I’m like a diamond carved from deep dark coal - I’ve been broken face down covered in tears & snot in the underworld many times and kept polishing myself back to love every time. It takes great courage but it’s totally possible!!

❤️‍🔥LUSH LIVE WORKSHOP❤️‍🔥
Nothing lights me up more than holding tender in person space for women.
My ‘Sensual Aliveness’ workshop on Saturday was very well received and the participants dropped into grounded calm, deep feeling and a reset of their nervous systems in my safe hands and gentle care.

Being vulnerable in a group of women can be challenging & triggering for some participants - especially when the theme is sensuality.
We have been conditioned not to trust other women and have been set against each other to compete for attention/space/jobs/partners…infact there’s room for ALL of to rise & shine…. It’s just a patriarchal myth of scarcity & lack.

In these spaces we have permission to soften and open our hearts to ourselves & each other.
I LOVE WHAT I DO SOOOOOO MUCH!!!❤️‍🔥👯‍♀️❤️‍🔥

Someone totally new to this work sent me a beautiful testimonial afterwards that melted my heart:
