**Manual Lymphatic drainage massage**

Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling that can happen when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. It involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels to heal and boost the immune system.

🦔Posting on behalf of my mum and the rest of the “hedgehog knitters” 🦔

They are knitting hedgehogs at a rate of knots to raise money for Lydia’s fund, I shall be selling these at £5 per hedgehog from my cabin.

They have made and sold hundreds so far with all proceeds going to this very worthy cause.
