people often experience positive effects like relaxation and well-being, but temporary "healing crisis" symptoms can occur as the body rebalances, including fatigue, headaches, increased thirst, emotional shifts (tearfulness/anger), or changes in urination/bowel movements, usually resolving within 24-48 hours. Proper hydration, rest, and avoiding stimulants like caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours helps manage these short-lived effects, which signal the body's detoxification and return to balance.

I always recommend after a treatment to keep your fluid intake up for a definite 24 hours, to avoid ill effects.
