My dry cupping treatment helps to replace stagnant blood caused by tight muscles with a fresh blood supply - thus enhancing recovery and performance.

Sports massage helps with injury prevention and recovery ...

This client is an Ironman athlete who has been suffering with knee pain. After a couple of full lower body maintenance treatments, he is feeling much 'looser'.

We also got chatting about the potential causes of his knee pain to prevent it from coming back in the future.

A little bit of rest from the bike and run and fingers crossed he can be back on track with his training for his 2023 goals.
