We had another fantastic day at the Hogg Hall as we gathered to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of The Friendship Club.

We enjoyed watching The Tartan Ladies dancing and we all enjoyed the singalong.

The tables were filled with irresistible homemade baking and the best sausage rolls ever!!

Thanks again to all involved for a lovely afternoon x

Singer Bill McKillop joined us today to entertain our wee ladies, and what a wonderful time it was! With his warm smile, good singing and fantastic guitar playing, Bill filled the room with laughter, music, and joy. His wee jokes had everyone giggling we had a great afternoon. Thank you, Bill, for bringing so much happiness and melody into our day!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the family of Sally Robertson for their generous donation to our Residents’ Comfort Fund. Sally was such a huge presence within the house — full of laughter and fun. She is deeply missed by residents and staff alike.

She loved having singers in to entertain everyone and this money will continue to do just that. Thank you for honouring her in such a meaningful way. ❤️

We had an energetic drumming session today which was fun and great for our coordination.

We played some target practice games and a spirited game of balloon tennis followed by a quiz to keep the minds sharp.

Bella spent some time with her niece and had a lovely video call with her daughter.

We had our weekly bingo session today with several of the ladies taking part. After bingo we had a quiz hour to keep our brains active. We did a general knowledge quiz with lots of different categories and we also had a what 3 words quiz. This really had all the ladies thinking.

Here a a few to see if you can solve them. What word can be placed before or after these 3 words to create new words.
