As the day winds down, this is your gentle reminder to reconnect with your body before you rest. Tonight, let’s practice the fifth habit.

🌿 HABIT 5: Move With Presence
Theme: Mindful action
Purpose: Bring awareness into the way you move at the end of your day
Practice: Slow your movements as you prepare for bed . You can try walk softly, stretch gently and notice each transition as you settle in.
Daily Mantra: “I move with intention.”

Evening movement can be a soothing ritual. When you move with presence, your body unwinds, your mind softens and you ease yourself into a peaceful night

✨ And a gentle reminder, tomorrow evening we gather again in a soft circle of breath, movement, and presence in Emmanuel College Dance Studio.
