Salmon tagliatelle

You’ll need:
Tagliatelle pasta
Onion
Smoked salmon
Soft cheese (Philadelphia or other similar)
Black pepper
Lemon juice (freshly squeezed or bottled)

How-to:
Add the pasta to boiling water. Chop and fry the onion for a few minutes until slightly brown. Add the salmon, soft cheese and black pepper. Mix the boiled pasta and the sauce together, and finish off with a squeeze of lemon.

"Erika’s 14-day challenge was an ideal opportunity to spend a little bit of time every day focused on my own wellness - something that I know I don’t routinely make time for.

Because of the challenge, I felt like I had a reason to make time for this - and this time for myself was actually so important and nourishing!

Each daily set of activities was entirely achievable so you didn’t feel like you were set up to fail, (except for the burpees…), and even if you had a bit of an off day, Erika’s warm, encouraging and non-judgmental approach, with her daily check-ins, made you feel very supported throughout.

It’s changed my mindset, and now I’m trying to do a little every day, which does make a big difference. Thank you, Erika!” 👏

Serve with fresh basil! I use dried basil, though, because most of the fresh stuff tends to go to waste. But fresh is always 100 times better for taste! 🌿🤤

Happy Monday! 💪

Ready to start building healthy habits for a healthier body and mind? Then I recommend this easy to follow and FREE 7 Day Healthy Body Challenge with a flexible shopping list! 📝 🥬🥑🍅

Habits to maximise benefits and improve the quality of life:

● Sleep at least 7.5 hours a night
● Practise mindful eating - chew well & don’t do anything distracting while eating.
● Supplement recommendations: Multivitamin, vitamin D, cod liver oil, magnesium -
take these first thing in the morning with a pint of water.
● Make sure to get outside every day & try to increase your step count where possible.

Pacticing stillness is not about sitting down in the lotus position and trying to have a completely silent mind. 🧘‍♀️

It is about taking 5 minutes of your day to practice stillness by sitting in any position you find comfortable, whether that be lying down stretched out, sitting, on a sofa & closing your eyes. 🛋 😌

From there, you can reflect, focus on slow, steady breathing without trying to force an unnatural flow.

Let any thoughts that distract you from stillness come, and let them go so they don't distract you. ☁️
