I’ve just made a big change to my readings.😲

Yesterday, my body reminded me of something powerful.

It knows exactly how to heal — if I stop getting in the way.

During my Body-Tation session, a huge amount of tension released from my upper thoracic area — the place my body has been bracing for years.

I didn’t force it.

I didn’t try to fix it.

I simply brought awareness to the density… and gave my body permission to open.

What followed was 20 minutes of pure unfolding.🙂

Soft, involuntary micro-movements
like my body was slowly blooming open from within. 🌸

A deep warmth moved through me — almost like an internal massage — and when I stood up, everything had reorganised itself effortlessly.🔆

My chest felt wide, yet buoyant.
My back softened and melted downward.

And then I noticed the real shift.

My awareness changed.😁

It was like I’d been living in standard definition…
and suddenly everything switched to high definition.

Colours were richer.
Focus was sharper
I felt alive in a way I haven’t felt for a long time.

This is coherence.🤍

The natural state of the body when it’s no longer bracing, holding, or protecting.

We’re often told we only use a small percentage of our mind🤔

But what if we’re also only accessing a fraction of our body’s intelligence?😁

Because here’s the truth I keep discovering:

I don’t need to force change.
I don’t need to control the process.

I simply need to give my body permission

and it does the rest.😲

Sometimes life feels like walking a tightrope — high up, with no safety net underneath. The easy option? Reach for help, grab a handout, build a net. Make life “easy.” 😎

But here’s the thing: every choice carries energy. Every safety net we insert unconsciously broadcasts a message. Are we saying: “I’m not safe up here, I need support to survive” — a scarcity frequency? Or are we saying: “I’m wobbling, yes, but I’m safe. I trust my own system, my own flow” — abundance energy?💫

Last year taught me huge lessons in discernment and trust. Even now, my system sometimes wants proof I’m safe. But I’ve noticed something incredible: my positive momentum keeps increasing when I move from trust rather than fear.🙂

Walking the tightrope isn’t about perfection. It’s about knowing your balance comes from within, not from external safety. Being wobbly isn’t weakness — it’s a sign you’re alive, engaged, and learning. And your flow? It grows every time you trust yourself to keep moving.🙂

Are you flowing with your own energy or forcing against it?🤔

Take a moment. How’s your body feeling right now?

Tense, rigid, braced 😵‍💫or loose, buoyant, steady?😎

Your body doesn’t lie. The more tension you hold, the more you’re out of flow with yourself - pushing, controlling, trying to solve everything. That’s what being a “problem solver” feels like: constantly braced, constantly resisting life.😡

But what if you could find solutions just by softening? Giving your body permission to unbrace. That’s it. No books. No overpriced workshops. No complicated strategies. Your body knows exactly what to do. It just needs your permission.🙂

When you soften, life softens with you. You spend less time in anxious fight-or-flight and more time in spacious flow. No one person or thing holds all the answers but your body does.😃

So today, try this:
Take a deep breath. Notice your shoulders, your spine, your jaw. Give yourself permission to soften. Notice how the world responds.💫

You’re not fixing. You’re flowing. You’re not pushing. You’re allowing. And in that space, solutions naturally appear.😎

This week has shown me the stories I’ve been running — and how they shape our lives. Yesterday, my body made me sleep for 2.5 hours in the middle of the day! A clear signal it needed rest.😵

I was brought up with a disciplinarian, and I realise I’ve been believing this story: to do more = to feel worthy. In reality, that belief is counterproductive. It pressures us to keep going, to perform at a high standard, even when we’re already doing well.😵‍💫

Sometimes we’re doing better than we think, but the inner critic whispers: “You could do more, do better.”😯

Now, I have a better relationship with my body. I can hear its signals more clearly. Resting doesn’t equal laziness. Guilt and shame? Those thoughts aren’t even ours — they’re energies we’ve unconsciously absorbed from outside.🙄

This is part of my energetic clearing, rewiring my mind to hold more empowering and loving thoughts.🤍

Yesterday I had a massive energy clearing and a lot of my old programmes were rewired.😎

Notice I said rewired, not disabled.

Why?🤔

Because our programmes are actually designed to support our growth and expansion. Some are based in scarcity and lack, while others are influenced by autonomy and freedom. I’ve realised that many of my own programmes revolve around freedom.

Whenever we have a big energetic release it’s often accompanied by that incredible feeling of inner vibrational flow — where life suddenly feels perfect. But then something happens out of the blue and we think:

“Why has this happened when things were going so well?
Am I being punished for wanting more?” 😵‍💫

The short answer is no.

You’re actually being rewarded for your integration and connection to the Divine Matrix.💫

We tend to associate synchronicity only with the things we want, and assume anything uncomfortable must be outside of it. But those challenging or unexpected moments are often synchronised events that mirror our current point of attraction.🔆

✨ We can’t dismantle our programmes because they are designed to help us, not hinder us. ✨

The programme may still run, but with awareness we now have the ability to disconnect the power from the thought.

And when we do that, life begins to flow with far fewer blocks.

More awareness.
More freedom.
More flow.😎

Ever feel stuck in a loop of negative thoughts?🤔

I used to constantly worry that these thoughts would somehow manifest — and it left my body tense, frozen, and blocked.😬

Then I realised something game-changing: these stories were being created by me. If I could create them, I could also clear them. 😏

By recognising each thought as just a thought, not a prophecy, I felt a huge energetic shift. My body came alive, my energy flowed again, and my nervous system relaxed.🔆

This is exactly what Body-Tation is about: using your body to release the tension that old thought loops create. When your mind clears, your body opens — and movement amplifies that energetic release.💫

This morning in Body-Tation, I felt a block of tension in my upper body — hard, raised, and stubborn. I focused on it, encouraging it to release… but nothing happened.

Then I shifted my awareness away. Just like that, my body began to soften. Space opened in the areas that had been braced, warmth spread, and relief followed.

Healing often isn’t about pushing or forcing change. Sometimes, it’s about giving your body permission to do its own work.

When we move gently, without rigid schedules or forcing outcomes, we reclaim energy that’s been trapped in old loops of stress, self-criticism, and inherited patterns. That energy transforms into a deep, embodied wellbeing ✨ — the kind that fuels motivation, creativity, and confidence naturally.

Ever wondered if you might be autistic… but something didn’t quite fit?

For years, I thought the restlessness, scattered thoughts, and nervous energy were just “me.”
