Today I decided to be "lazy."
But not the collapse kind. The conscious kind.
After many weeks of constant overdoing, my body finally said ENOUGH!
*
In doing so, I realised I was quietly throwing away thousands of years of ancestral conditioning - the belief that slowing down is lazy, that ease means you're cheating, and that rest must be justified.
Here's the truth we're being invited to receive:
Most people aren't lazy. They're
* exhausted
* overstimulated
* emotionally over-responsible
* holding a belief that worth comes from output
So when the body slows down, the mind panics and reaches for shame.
Because shame is familiar.
Rest isn't.
We were taught that:
* we must be seen working to be valued
* ease has to be justified
* rest must be "earned" through depletion
But the body is now being upgraded beyond that ancestral lineage. Massive energetic updates are being received, and the physical body needs space to integrate them.
I've noticed this clearly through my experience of receiving and remembering the Zorrax codes. When I was still operating from the ancestral pattern of more, more, more, my physical body couldn't keep up - and burnout followed.
I also realised something important: movement helps my energy flow.
When I paused my physical workouts, my system lost a key regulator - and I unconsciously overcompensated by pushing harder mentally and spiritually instead.
Rest doesn't mean stagnation.
And slowing down doesn't mean stopping life force.
It means regulation. Balance. Precision.
I've also noticed that abundance responds to my nervous system, not my output and exhaustion.
So when that old voice of shame whispers,
"You should be doing more,"
just smile and reply:
" I AM. I'm doing enough of what actually works."
That's not lazy.
That's sovereign.
And honestly...it suits you.😁
