Ingredients:
π§ 1 box silken tofu
π§ 2 cloves garlic

π§ͺ 1 tbsp kappa carrageenan (for firm balls)

How to make:
1οΈβ£ Blend all mozzarella ingredients until completely smooth. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until thick and stretchy.
2οΈβ£ Spoon about 1/4 cup onto cling film, twist into a ball, and chill in ice-cold water for 20 minutes until set.
