East Sussex Dance Ltd. We are a professionally run, multi-faculty dance school teaching all ages and abilites in Brighton, Lewes and across East Sussex.

East Sussex Dance are an inclusive dance school, offering specialist training to all ages and abilities. We run dance classes and private dance lessons for children and adults primarily at our venues in Brighton, Lewes and Danehill, and occasionally we teach courses in other parts of East Sussex. We also specialise in Wedding Dance Lessons and can provide impressive dance shows and cabarets for public events too. Teachers are DBS checked, First Aid trained and hold teaching qualifications with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Principal:

Huge Congratulations to .dance , returning from the Blackpool Tower this weekend as 2 x Novice Champions

They have been competing on the open circuit for less than 6 months so this was a fantastic achievement for them, and some great experience gained competing in some of the higher Latin categories too.

Sam and Imogen work so hard both in class and organising and committing to their own independent weekly practice time. The hours you put in are producing great improvements in all your dances 👏

Huge thanks to the amazing who prepared the girls so well for this fabulous competition. She has worked so hard in the run up to this event and we are so lucky to have her as a teacher at ESD.

It was lovely to once again join forces with our friends at and go up to Blackpool as one big team.

Bursting with pride for all our dancers 🥰
Whatever the result in the competition, it is a massive thing to dance at the Tower Ballroom and you should all be so proud.

Beginner Ballroom & Latin with East Sussex Dance - next 5 week course starts Tuesday 4th November in Lewes!

At the moment we are looking for more lady / follower dancers as we have a surplus of leaders signed up!
