We’re excited to share our timetable for March! We have regular Yoga and Pilates classes, and also a Women’s Only Karate Class 💪

We also have some lovely one-off workshops coming up, including:
🧘‍♀️ A deeply relaxing Sound Bath Workshop – unwind and reset with the calming sounds of Himalayan singing bowls

We’re so excited to finally share what we’ve been working on — our brand-new space designed for rest, recharge, and recovery.
