Wellbeing group is back !! .

Great to see everyone after the summer break .

Lucy popped in to demonstrate a facial and do a talk on face care , yummy pastries courtesy of Sharon and a ukulele popped into the mix too .

We discussed a group name that everyone will vote on next week , ideas for what the group would like in the future …. Xmas party , Xmas wreath making , trips ,activities , music sessions.

Great to have the group so involved in the running of the group and making decisions .

HEALTH & WELLBEING DAY 30th of Aug.

Lucy’s Beauty Room will be coming along to end the H&W day. She will be in the dome to give us an introduction to TROPIC (a multi-award winning British skin care range). 100% Vegan, cruelty free and eco friendly. She will demo on a participant and maybe do some mini massages. There is no pressure to order anything but this gives a great opportunity to do so if you wish. £5 per person and you will receive a free goody bag. Start at 6.30-7.30pm. Please DM the garden to book your spot and support this young lady in her new career. Payment taken on the day. Garden will supply refreshments. Up to 11 people.
Lucy operates from the Ayrshire Healing Centre in Maybole.
