*Cancellation Policy*
I want to start by saying thank you for being here and supporting my small business. I never wanted to bring in a strict cancellation policy, but with a few recent last-minute cancellations and the cost of running things going up - I’ve had to make a few changes so I can keep everything running smoothly.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours:
The full fee will need to be paid.
If it’s cancelled within 24–48 hours:
50% of the fee will be required.
If the fee isn’t paid, I’ll unfortunately have to cancel any upcoming appointments, and rebooking won’t be possible until the balance is settled.
