These aren’t flaws… they’re trauma responses.
Fawn. Fight. Flight. Freeze.
Patterns we learned to survive—
But we don’t have to stay stuck in them.
Healing is possible.
I also offer Hypnotherapy.

I’m offering tele-therapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time. I am still accepting new clients.
There are many reasons why you may be seeking counselling. Emotional distress can be overwhelming and disabling as well as having an impact on your ability to live a full life. I aim to help clients explore their feelings in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. Each person is unique and I tailor my approach to suit the needs and preferences of each individual client. I draw upon a number of techniques within a person-centred and integrative field to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves and their lives and address the problems and issues that may be causing them distress.
I have a PgDip in Counselling/Psychotherapy. I also offer Hypnotherapy (accredited). I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists ‘BACP’ . I have also been a Mental Health practitioner with over 40 years experience, mostly within acute Mental Health services in the NHS. I have worked in Charitable organisations offering counselling as well as in private practice.
