I work with a lot of people who sometimes struggle with anger - this can include how to manage and cope with how it makes them feel or react to certain situations or people. It's so important to remember that anger is such a valid emotion and sometimes time is needed to understand why we feel this way, when we feel this way - and then it becomes easier to manage.

I’m Irene and I am an integrative counsellor who has experience working with young people and adults. I work with people from the age of 10+. I am trained in CBT but adapt my style to suit the support you need, offering a space for exploration and ways to achieve self-compassion. I offer video, telephone and walk and talk sessions, and offering face-to-face sessions in the future.
