This week is an important reminder that mental health matters - for our clients, our colleagues, our families, and ourselves.

At Home SUR Instead, we see every day how meaningful conversations, companionship, and small acts of kindness can make a real difference to someone’s wellbeing. Taking time to check in with one another and staying connected within our communities has never been more important.

Mary and her Care Pro Craig enjoyed a lovely trip to Craigend Zoo at Mugdock Country Park recently 🐾☀️

This is still a fairly new service for Mary, and her daughters have shared how much she is loving her outings with Craig and the time they spend together out in the community 💙im sure you'll agree, it looks like a fun day out.

Community outings and enjoying the outdoors can make such a positive difference to wellbeing, confidence, and independence, while creating meaningful moments and companionship along the way.

We love seeing these special connections develop and helping our clients continue doing the things they enjoy 🌿
