Join Home Instead Glasgow North, part of the wider Home Instead SUR Group.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll directly influence the quality of care delivered across Glasgow North, supporting clients, guiding Care Professionals, and ensuring services remain safe, compliant and person-centred.

You’ll lead assessments and reviews, oversee quality assurance, manage safeguarding and performance matters, and work closely with the Service Manager to drive continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Experience in domiciliary or community care
✔ Previous supervisory or leadership experience
✔ Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
✔ SVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
✔ A full driving licence and access to a car
