Some people are messaging asking how the reviews are getting on to the page.
People are posting on their own pages and tagging me, so when I go check out what I’m tagged in, I’m sharing it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ as well as this, if you add your email to the booking system, I can send you a receipt for your payment, along with your receipt, you will be given an opportunity to leave a review on the booking system.
I will take this opportunity to say Thank You to everyone who has left a review, on FB, on Vagaro or I hear a lot of great reviews through word of mouth. But it’s always good to have positive feedback.

Well then lol what can I say 🤣🤣🤣 we have done it again 🙌 we are past the set target folks. 💜 the Lighthouse gang never fail to amaze me.

Journaling springs to mind here, but drawing too. Perhaps a bit of both. For a minute. Please close your eyes, take a deep breath in, exhale slowly, and make a mental note of what you see in your third eye. Draw it, and meditate on it. And then write down what you feel about it. Get expressive with it. Try this Friday, weekend and Monday.
There are positive ways to express yourself and negative ways to express yourself. Have a reflective of your hobbies, job, family and relationships etc, how can you become more creative in a positive way. Turn the dull to joy and the shadow to light. In your bored moments, what can you create to erase the boredom. Not TV lol. Bring out your inner creator and surprise yourself.
