Hi folks.
Can I please reiterate, I pay for a booking system to free me up some time. People appear to have reverted back to messaging me and asking me to book them in. NO! Just NO!
Using the system:
You register yourself onto the Vagaro system. It asks loads of questions but here is what I need:
Your name in full
Your phone number to text you
And your email address for receipts.
You then go to Vagaro.com/lighthousemoments and that will let you see availability and if groups are full or whatever. Itβs got all the information you need to make a booking.
If you have forgotten your password, please reset it.
And use the system.

I still take drop ins, so if you are in the city centre and decide you feel like a reading, check the system, I cannot always answer the phone when in work. π€·π»ββοΈ
The system also tells you how to pay your deposit, please use that. It tells you when you book if a deposit is required. I shouldnβt have to chase people up for a deposit. π if I donβt receive deposit within 24 hours of your booking, your appointment will be cancelled. π
Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. Itβs great when people are early, but it also means you are disrupting the client before you. Please be patient. π
This would be the process for booking any other appointments, itβs no difference for lighthouse.
