We celebrated our volunteers last week at an end of volunteering event. To our volunteers, your energy, kindness, and commitment have made a real difference to young people across Glasgow this year. We’re so grateful for every hour you’ve given, every conversation you’ve supported, and every smile you’ve shared.

Here’s to you — the heart of our service. Thank you for helping us create safer, healthier spaces for young people through the youth health service.

Remember that every body brings something special to the season. Yours too.

🌟 Real change. Real confidence. Rhiana’s incredible journey with Weigh to Go shows what's possible with the right support.

In just 6 months she lost 3 stone through Weigh to Go — and has now gone on to lose over 6 stone in total. Her journey has given her the confidence to get back on the football pitch, start college, and even begin coaching others.

Weigh to Go offers free, supportive help for young people aged 12–18 to build healthy habits, improve confidence, and make lasting changes.
