The snow is gone,well nearly, the kids are back to school 🥳,
And yoga is back on, today at the Jubilee hall 11-12pm

With so much love and thanks, I want to thank my dear friend and mentor Lynsey Cowie (Soul Coherence Mentor) for coming to join me and my class for the second last class of thr year yesterday❤️
We had class as normal, but this was followed by a beautiful healing meditation from Lynsey which left us all feeling wonderful ❤️
We finished the morning with some fine treats and just catching up, it was amazing.
Thank you also to those who made it, you all mean so much to me and to give you this end of year treat was the least I could do for all your support you have given me over the years ❤️
Thank you also for the photos Lynsey, I was so caught up in the day I took none myself, but the reminders are amazing and I am still grinning like a Cheshire cat 😻

Good morning, I hope that you are all well and survived the snow last week, lovely to look at, a nightmare when travelling.❄️
This rain isn't much better, you can definitely tell that winter is here 🥶
With this cold weather we definitely feel it in our bodies, shoulders sore as we pull them up to our ears trying to stay warm, our bodies tight as he cold set is.
If you are looking for something to bring a bit of ease back into that body, then come join be for yoga this week.
You will find me in the Jubilee hall, with a warm welcome and a focus to bring peace and calm into our bodies, an hour for you, for relaxation away for the Christmas stress 🙏🌲

Out in Stonehaven waiting for my daughter to finish her club, its wild, the waves are crashing and its freezing 🥶
But there will definatley be a warm welcome for you if you fancy venturing out to join me for yoga this evening ❤️
Where we will gather in the quiet power of the 11/11 portal, a gateway of light, alignment and awakening.
Tonight practice is focused around the spine, our inner pillar, our energetic highway.
Through gentle movement and breath, well make time for stillness, for presence and for reconnecting with our luminous core. 🌟
