Controversial, but it shouldn’t be.
If you’ve been told your metabolism slows down with menopause or in your 40s, you’ve been lied to.
Weight gain is not due to your age, menopause, insulin resistance, cortisol levels or metabolism. Which is good news, because it means you have control.
Research shows resting metabolic rate stays stable from your 20s to 60s. (Pontzer et al., 2021)

A lot of women come to me after they’ve given up on fat loss. They’ve tried everything. Nothing has worked. So they decide the answer to feeling better is to get healthier.

What surprises them is that by taking the pressure off weight loss and finding what they enjoy, the fat loss happens anyway, without forcing it. Results come when you work with your life, not against it.

I love working with Promise, she is an absolute pleasure to coach.

Working with Pamela over the past three months has been such a transformative experience. This journey of body recomposition has not only helped me lose body fat percentage and gain muscle, but also completely changed how I feel in my own skin. In this time, I’ve lost 5 kg and I genuinely feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.

I am super excited to bring this to you, it’s what I’ve been working on all summer, it’s the accumulation of 25 years training and coaching women, and 45 years of being one, it is the best plan I could create, and the one I would want.
