Hugh! Our CEO and Co-Founder.
Hugh co-founded Nemo Arts after seeing first-hand how creativity can transform lives. For the past 26 years, heโs worked with all kinds of groups, using theatre, dance, circus skills, stop-motion animation, Taiko drumming, and, most recently, crochet. His creativity knows no bounds - thereโs nothing he canโt turn his hand to!
His work has taken him everywhere from schools and community centres, to psychiatric settings and prisons.
In his sessions, Hugh hopes everyone feels included, part of a community, and inspired - all while learning something new and being challenged in the best possible way.
When heโs not leading workshops, or in the office ensuring everything at Nemo runs smoothly - heโs probably mountain biking or braving a bit of wild swimming!
His favourite feel good tune? Mr Blue Sky!
